INITIATIVES TAKEN AS A NATIONAL COORDINATOR (RURAL BUSINESS HUBS), MOPR, GOI.
1. Played a vital role in establishing Country’s first RBH Cell at Divisional level in Indore, MP
2. Seeing my work in Indore Division I was asked to work as a National Coordinator for RBH
programme.
3. Activated all the Local Productivity Councils affiliated to National Productivity Council, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, GOI which have been recommended by Secretary MoPR to be developed as Gate-Way agencies for RBH.
4. Facilitated in opening of the Country’s first Department of Panchayati Raj at University level to facilitate in formulation of training programmes and modular course for the promotion of RBH across the nation.
5. Involved organizations like NASSCOM, CAPSI, GANSF etc along with their centers to act as a Gate-Way agencies for RBH.
6. Initiated the appointment of Nodal officer from CSIR for the promotion of rural technologies developed by them.
7. Initiated RBH programme in all 6 BRGF districts of Indore Division of which 3 projects were submitted to the Ministry.
FUTURE PROPOSED PROGRAMMES FOR RBH .
1. Selection and appointment of 250 District Coordinators for RBH programme from BRGF districts
2. Providing them proper training for Project identification & development.
3. This can be later extended to rest of the Nation.
